A dear friend from childhood & my teenager years came into town (not for great reasons~due to her grandfathers sudden turn for the worst and then his passing away). . 
She grew up with about half of my girlfriends(there were about 5 more whom showed up extremely late and therefore didn't end up in the group shot).
I felt it was only fitting for her and her family(she has a brood of 4, 3 boys and 1 girl all under the age of 6) that we all get our kids together just like the good ole' days. We had such an enjoyable evening. 
Thank you to all who were able to make it out... I know both she and I really appreciate it!
